In the Quran we can derive an equation:

25836303825km is the distance traveled by the angels(which are made of light) in 1 earth day.
1 earth day = 24 x 60 x 60s = 86400s
(Thus) V light = s/t = 25836303825km/86400s = 299031.2942km/s =2.990312942 x 10^8m/s
This is when the moon's speed is affected by gravity. If we don't consider gravity, it will be exactly the speed of light.

The Al-Quran or the Quran for short is the book which is composed of Allah's messages to Prophet Muhammad. But is there truth in it? YES! There is . A lot. Here I have compiled information that I have researched through Google about Quran supporting our modern science theories.
1. Quran 32.5]" (Allah) Rules the cosmic affair from the heavens to the Earth. Then this affair travels to Him a distance in one day, at a measure of one thousand years of what you count...angels travel in one day the same distance that the moon travels in 1000 lunar years,”
Allah stated that he created Angels out of light, photons(particles of light). He stated in the Quran 1400 years ago that angel take one day to travel the same distance the moon travels in 1000 lunar years. So, when you calculated it, (Distance travelled by moon in 1000 lunar years divide by 24 times 60 times 60seconds) you get c - the speed of light. Exactly 299792.458km/s recorded by the United States National Bureau of Standards.
2."And the heaven We constructed with strength, and indeed, We are [its] expander." [Quran: 51:47]
The heavens Allah mentioned in the quote refers to our universe. In general relativity, Einstein discovered from his equations that the universe was constantly expanding, at a fast pace. Even Einstein himself was shocked by the outcome and tried to prove otherwise but he failed. So, it is clear that Allah is expanding the universe.

Again the heavens that Allah said refers to the universe. In astronomy, the Earth is covered by 7 layers of magnetic fields reaching into the infinity of space.
The 7 are:
1.the spatial field occupied by Earth and the rest of the solar system 2.the spatial field of the Earth’s galaxy, the Milky Way 3.the spatial field occupied by a 'local cluster' of galaxies to which the Milky Way belongs 4.the central magnetic field of the universe represented by a collectivity of clustered galaxies 5.the band represented by quasars, which serve as 'star hatcheries' 6.the field of the expanding universe, represented by the receding galaxies 7.the outermost field of space representing infinity.
4. [Quran 22.47]"They challenge you to bring forth that torture [in Hell] and Allah will not break His promise; a day of your Lord [Paradise/Hell promise] is like a thousand years of what you count."
Allah says here that a day in heaven or hell is equivalent to 1000 earth days. Heaven and hell is a place that in a lot more massive than the earth. So, according to General relativity, time passes even slowly with bigger masses of objects. Thus, this idea is reflected on Allah's quote.
5.[Quran 51:7] " And the heaven containing weaved ropes.."
Once again Allah refers to the universe. As we know, the universe contains lots and lots of matter, and according to string theory, the most fundamental unit of matter is a very tiny,tiny strand of vibrating energy, vibrating in different frequencies. This, the latest theory in modern science is reflected in the Al-Quran. The ropes refer to the strings of energy, which Allah said are weaved together.

Allah said that he creates every single thing in pairs. In string theory, the equations show that for every particle, there is a particle that froms a pair with it. Its called supersymmetry. K. This is not about showing off. Its about sharing. I would like to talk about this theory called STRING THEORY.
To start off: I'll let you know that the universe we live in obeys the laws of the four forces of nature.
Gravity - you should know what it is
Electricity & Magnetism = Electromagnetism - you should know also.
The weak force - its a force that allows neutrons to change into protons releasing harmful radioactice rays
The strong force - the force that keeps protons and neutrons in an atom together. Unlocking this force is described by Einstein's very famous equation E = mc^2
All these forces are described by mathematical formulas that are really complex for Secondary students like us.
Physicists are trying to unify these 4 forces(in terms of mathematics) so as to form a 'master equation' that governs all the laws of nature.
But. There is a problem.
Let me introduce to you :
General relativity-
Its a theory that describes big things in the world like planets and stars and also the relationship between space and time. It suggests that the universe has a very orderly geometrical pattern.
Quantum mechanics-
This theory describes the world of sub-atomic particles like protons and neutrons. In the sub-atomic world, things are really disorderly and are totally different from general relativity.
In general relativity, the normal world we live in, we could describe the 4 forces properly. But in quantum mechanics, it describes the world of the very,very small.
Quantum mechanice could describe electromagnetism, the strong and the weak force well except Gravity. Why??
In general relativity, gravity keeps the planets and stars together in one place just like our solar system it also keeps our feet to the ground. BUT, in the world of Quantum mechanics, gravity is sooo weak that its almost not there.
This is where string theory comes in.
Let me tell you what it is.
String theory suggests that everything is made up of very,very,very tiny strings even smaller than sub-atomic particles.
In terms of mathematics, it could describe Gravity in the quantum level well.
So.. it is the key to unfying the 4 forces of nature.
Let me tell you much more about this theory:
11 dimensions - it suggests that we live in 11 spatial dimensions. 3 dimensions that we are used to. 1 dimension of time( u agree?). and 7 more curled up dimensions that are really small that we can't see it.
Parellel dimensions - we are living in parellel dimensions. and actually we are all living on a 'membrane'. This membrane thingy describes the Big Bang really well. Yea.
Ok. to prove this theory right : Those physicists built a really huge machine called a Large Hadron Collider.*( they are still building it right now. ) They are now trying to find the Gravity particle that is said to be able to travel from one dimension to the other. The main plan is to collide protons moving at almost the speed of light to unveil the inner particles. ( they found a zoo of sub-atomic particles already).
They have found particles for the other 3 forces already.
Electromagnetism - photon ( particle of light)
Weak force - donno. sry =))
Strong force - Gluons( comes from the word Glue - cos it glues the protons and neutrons together)
So... will they find the gravity particle????

They say that if the gravity particle(graviton) shows up, it will immediately disappear - to the other dimension.

Woah. Yesterday's training was tough. The Physical trianing part was... hell!! We ran four rounds in total and we did 20 pushups each time the NCO knocks us down during each round. Damn tiring!! And my left leg was like sprained after the runs. I can't walk properly after the PT. -_-
